The website www.livelle.co.il (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Livelle Cosmetics Ltd., Company No. 516691508 ("the Company"). Before using the Website or any additional services provided by the Company, please carefully read all the terms of this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which is an integral part of the Website's Terms of Use. These terms are intended to clarify how the Company uses the information collected by it or provided to it by users of the Website.

2.3. The provisions of this Policy will not apply to anonymous information or information that does not reasonably identify the user, and the Company will be able to use such information without any restriction.

3.1. The Company may collect the aforementioned and following information through the following methods:

3.1.1. Automatically – through the use of technologies such as "Cookies" and/or "Pixel" during browsing on the Internet and/or other monitoring tools provided by third parties.

3.1.2. Information provided voluntarily by the user– such as when contacting the Company, registering on the Website, or registering for newsletters.

3.2. As part of using the Website or the Company’s services, the user is required to provide the Company with personal details, including but not limited to, name, address, phone number, contact information, and email address. If the user joins the Company’s customer club, they will be required to provide additional details, including ID number, date of birth, spouse details, and other details as requested from time to time.

3.3. Additionally, the use of the Website involves the automatic collection of information about the user, including browsing history, actions performed on the Website, viewed web pages, computer locations, IP addresses, device or user identifiers, mouse and keyboard movements, actions or information entered by the user but not yet completed, and other similar information.

4. Uses and Purposes of Information Collection

The user acknowledges that the Company may collect, process, and use the information at its sole discretion and in accordance with the law, including for the purposes listed below:

4.1. To enable the user to use the Website and the services offered through it or by the Company;

You agree that the Company, or entities on its behalf engaged in data processing, may contact you based on your belonging to a group with certain characteristics and based on segmentation and profiling actions the Company conducts using the information stored as mentioned above;

5. Right to Review, Rectify, and Delete Information

5.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 1981, the user is entitled, at any time, to contact the Company (either personally or through a duly authorized representative or guardian, if one has been appointed) and request to review the information regarding them that is held in the Company’s database. 5.2. The user is entitled to request the Company to delete and/or modify and/or correct their personal details in the database, as permitted by law, via email at: info@livelle.com, and the Company will act in accordance with the legal provisions.

6. Disclosing Information to Third Parties

The Company is committed to not disclose this information to others without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases:

6.1. To comply with legal requirements, including any legislation, law, treaty, ordinance, regulation, order, official directive, administrative instruction, circular and/or guideline from any government or regulatory body;

6.2. To enforce the Terms of Use and/or other agreements and/or other policies;

6.3. In the case of a complaint and/or request related to the use of the Website and/or to address security issues and/or technical problems on the Website;

8. Direct Marketing and Advertisements

8.1. If the user has purchased products or services from the Company or joined the Company’s customer club, it is hereby clarified that the Company is authorized to contact the user, from time to time, and send them regular mailings regarding updates, marketing proposals, advertisements, and various promotions related to similar products and services of the Company, through any communication means, including text messages, emails, and other similar channels. The user may, at any time, request to stop receiving such approaches or direct mailings from the Company, or request that their information not be used for direct marketing activities in relation to certain entities or for specific purpose, through contacting the Company via email at hello@livelle.com.

8.2. Additionally, if the user has consented to receiving mailings from the Company, the Company is entitled to contact them, from time to time, and send them regular mailings related to updates, marketing proposals, advertisements, and various promotions related to different products and services of the Company, its business partners, or third parties, through any communication means, including text messages, emails, and other similar channels. The user may, at any time, request to stop receiving such mailings by contacting the Company via email at hello@livelle.com, all in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

9. Cookies

9.1. “Cookies” are files that are stored on the user’s computer hard drive that allow collecting information about the user’s preferences on the internet and their usage habits, such as preferred websites, interests, etc. The Company may use Cookies to adapt its services to users’ preferences and improve the browsing experience.

9.2. The user is aware that some services intended to enhance the user’s experience on the Website may be provided to the Company by third parties, including the display of relevant advertisements, analytics, measurements, and the integration of social media networks into the user experience. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel and shall be interpreted accordingly. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from this Privacy Policy.
